DoArt

The Poster: This poster was created to promote the Art Department (DoART) at the University of Texas at El Paso. The artwork is composed by paper dolls connected to each other all the way until one of the paper dolls decides to “separate” themselves. The doll that is running away is covered in color splashes to represent the creativity and passion that the department focuses on. As the doll runs away, a trail of words that say “Be Different. Do art. ” is left behind it. This is to remind the viewer the fun and freedom that comes from following your passion despite going against the norm.
